About This Event
Bring the whole family to a free morning of health, sport and fun at the CQ Health, Sport & Recreation Expo. CQ Health and My Health for Life are bringing together around 40 local health services, sporting clubs and community groups under one roof at Yaralla Sports Club. On the day: - Free health checks with My Health for Life - Free skin checks with a GP - Meet local sporting clubs and groups and find one to join - Come-and-try activities, including hockey challenges, mini tennis and pickleball, AFL handball and martial arts demonstrations - Kids' activities, including inclusive-ball storytelling sessions and a health passport to collect stamps around the stalls - Free local health and wellbeing services, all in one place. Special guest speaker: Astin Bidgood, 4th Fittest Teen Female (16–17) in the world at the 2026 CrossFit Games. Free entry. Everyone welcome. The expo is indoors.
